“I bought this electric towel radiator as it has a wifi built it so I can control it on my phone. Read the reviews bought it. But the app keeps crashing and doesn't work.. so the reason I bought it for was a waste of my time. The app is called INOW down load it before hand and watch it crash just after couple of seconds .. what a rubbish product”

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with the INOW app. We sell many of these valves and have not had reports of the app crashing, so I am sorry that you are having problems.
