“The main unit itself is exactly what I wanted. Looks like the pictures. Easy to install per instructions. The thermostat and element fitting is on the face of it fine, but setup requires the use of a third party app which is completely unusable, and renders the smart portion of this product a massive headache. In the end I got it to run for just long enough without crashing to set it up, but that was after trying multiple phones, iPads etc until one old one finally worked. Prefer to pay more for something that works properly. If you do risk it, use something apple not android to set it up, is my advice.”
