“The service, communication and delivery of the towel rail were exemplary. Unfortunately I can’t comment on its effectiveness as I cannot get a plumber to fit the thing for love nor money!!! They all seem disinterested and most don’t even reply to left messages so… I suppose the bottom line is don’t buy unless you have a plumber - on tap!”
