“Ordered the Zennor electric towel rail for my downstairs utility room we had built. The radiator arrived in good time, when we came to get it installed it unfortunately didn’t work, every time it was turned on it would trip the electrics, it appeared that there was a faulty heating element. I contacted UKRadiator and explained the problem, I was advised to follow some simple steps and provide the information to them. They were really helpful and sent a replacement element to me the next working day. Since this has been replaced we have had no problem and the radiator works well. Great looking and finishes off the utility room.”
