“Very nice looking radiator, haven't yet had it installed but it seems to be of a high quality. Initially, the radiator arrived in a damaged box with a hole in it, and upon closer inspection, I noted all the fixings were missing. I promptly called Radiators UK and they were very helpful, they told me the radiator was not sent by them but by the radiator's supplier and they would contact them to make sure the fixings were sent on to me. A day or so later Radiators UK contacted me to say the fixing would be set on. These arrived in good packaging and so happy overall just a shame it hadn't come all together in a better box, that's why I knocked a star off.”
