“Hi, I've given you 1 star because I can't give you none. I bought this radiator to fit horizontally (a clue is in the name). You only supplied brackets for fitting vertically. You say go by some but what you suggest are only any good for a towel rail. This radiator must weigh 30Kgs! I therefore had to make some. See photos. THEN I had to remove the blocking piece in the bottom tube. This took at least 2 hours to get the piece of steel out of the radiator. For the next customer please make this a simple screwed plug. If you want 5 star reviews go try and fit what you are trying to sell. Generally very poor, just hope it doesn't leak.”

Hello Geoffrey, Thank you for your review, I can confirm that when sold in a horizontal layout, we send an extra pair of brackets to allow horizontal installation. I have checked the tracking and can see that it looks like the second parcel did not get to you for which I apologise. I have struggled to find any correspondence you have had with us regarding this, as we would happily send out a replacement set of brackets to you as they were missing. I can see that you have now installed the radiator, but if you would like us to send these brackets out to you we can of course do so, please contact us on sales@ukradiators.com and we can arrange for another set to be dispatched.
