Hello John, I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the radiator. The size radiator that you have ordered does not need a diverter, we believe that this may be more of a balancing/pressure issue. The radiators are tested by BSEN442 and perform to the levels stated. If required, we can provide you with a test report to show that the rad has been tested and the efficiency/output is as advertised. Please get in touch to request this if required.
