“So glad that we were able to order a replacement for these special radiator valves, after the original ones broke down after 12 years. Impossible to obtain those in the EU. Coincidentally we were in Britain, so we could benefit from prompt delivery and take them abroad. Slight suggestion for delivery: the package would be more sustainable in paper instead of unrecyclable black plastic.”
