“The item was damaged on arrival, and had clearly been 'chipped' at the maunufacturing end. The supplier was excellent, in giving me a range of options, including a return for a refund. The time scale in getting the item fitted was too short, and a satisfactory solution agreed. Customer care response was excellent and should be applauded. Other suppliers should take note.”
