“Recently purchased a second radiator having been impressed by the quality of the first. Had a slight delay in the delivery due to carrier changes but kept me updated via email as to the progress. After it was delivered a plumber duly arrived to fit it and found that part of one of the mounting brackets was missing. I reported this to the company and within 24 hours of my notifying them, they had the missing part couriered out and the fitting was complete. Top-class customer service, no quibble or messing about. Thankyou”
