“Product great. Packaging not so great. I understand it was in a Jiffy bag however it got damaged and torn in transit and when it was delivered the needles were exposed for every one to see, I was not happy! The needles need to be double bagged in case of damage. I had a very embarrassing conversation with the postman.”

Hiya, Sorry you've had a problem with your order and bring this to our attention. We will investigate internally and look at how we can improve the packaging to stop this happening again. Although this isn't something we have had before from the many packages we send out, with what we sell one is too many. Thanks, Robbie
