Thalia is named for the Greek muse who was the patron of comedy, joy, and flourishing. The latter is exactly the word we would use to sum up this design. The area around the back of the calf, the thigh area, and the lace tops all have a flourishing design that simply bursts off the fabric. It is powerful and striking and full of a feminine charm, something that a design named after the Greek muses should certainly have, and this one has it all in heaps.
