“i am still waiting to reicieve my order from nearly 2 weeks ago i have e-mailed you twice with no reply i have phoned your office with no one answering the phone i am not happy with the service please can you give me an answer”

Dear Toni Thank you for review. Apologies for the delay in responding to your email, I can confirm that your original message inadvertently went into the spam folder. I am not sure as to why this has happened, but I have reported the issue to our technical director and to our email provider, to investigate. As per my reply of 1st April, I advised that I have logged a missing item investigation with Royal Mail. I have also sent you an update email today. I will look forward to hearing from you.
