We can either issue an exchange, credit note or a refund. We will also feedback your complaint to the manufacturer. Please write a covering note to go in the parcel, explaining the fault, and including your name, address and order number. You can print a new free returns label here: UK Tights Returns Label - don't worry if you don't have access to a printer. If you write "FREEPOST" and the code on the label, and the full address as provided, you will still be able to send this back to us free of charge. We highly recommend dropping the parcel off at your local post office and getting a returns receipt - this is your proof of postage and will provide some tracking for the order. “These stockings are of the highest quality and fit. The sheer satin finish is exquisite and greatly enhance the appearance of the legs and feel beautifully soft against the skin. As with all Dawn's Tight and stockings, the range of colour is excellent. These stockings are a joy to wear - really sophisticated. There is no comparison with other brands I have used and they are such good value for money. Stylish is the word that best describes this product. I shall continue to purchase these beautifully designed products and will recommend them to my friends.”
