The most luxurious high cotton item in the Trasparenze range. There are many cotton items but it is Italian wool that Trasparenze are more known for. Wool is beautiful fabric, but a high cotton item is something that can be just as luxurious, if not more. Less woolly and more soft and velvety, cotton opaque tights can be just as warm for winter and yet they feel nicer to the touch for many who prefer this material over wool.

“Well made quality 90 denier, 40% cotton tights. It has very fine, subtle knitted ribbing and a matt finish. I got these in a colour that this Wilma brand call latte. But I'm not good at differentiating between beige and cream colours. So, I'd describe this Wilma's latte colour as a kind off white with a bit of brown in it. A bit like milk with a bit of noticeable brown to it. So it looks light cream.”

“I was intending to get the Jennifer tights, as I have the holdups and love them, but a bit put off by some reviews suggesting they don't stay up. I like the Wilma tights, but definitely not as nice feeling and looking as the Jennifer, so will probably go back to those for next time.”

“Perfect - lighter than my woolly winter favourites, cottony without that rather faded, bobbly feel - they have a lovely, slightly open weave. I'll be back for more.”
