“good quality sizing awful ordered a size bigger than I would normally order just in case. Couldn't get them any where near me. Really furious can't change or get a refund. Because they don't refund or exchange on tights. If that's their policy they need to ensure their sizing is right. Or is this deliberate a way of selling shoddy goods and still getting the money”

Dear Helen Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment with the sizing of the tights you bought. Our returns policy for non-faulty tights is standard throughout the hosiery industry due to strict hygiene regulations, governed by the Consumer Contracts 2013, which prohibit us from reselling items that have been tried on, unpacked or opened. That being said, if you have used the size guide correctly (which is supplied by the manufacturer) and the product is far too small, it does suggest that there could be a fault with the tights or a different size has been packed incorrectly, This means that our returns policy does cover you for a faulty item, and you can return the tights to us, so that our quality assurance team can inspect the tights. We can either issue an exchange, credit note or a refund. We will also feedback your complaint to the manufacturer. “Whilst the tights were good quality, the sizing was awful. When the sizing of clothes is in a range (eg 22/24) I usually wear a size 24/26 as you didn't provide that specific range I ordered size 26/28 which usually is on the large for me. Diappointingly the size 26/28 was far to small couldn't gety them near me and unforntunately you do not exchange or refund on tights. Won't be ordering from you again”

“I am quite large around the tummy so was relieved to find these size 22/24 tights fit well. They looked beautiful and were extremely comfy. I would advise putting them on carefully, or with hosiery gloves.”

“I am both big and tall. The hight was no problem, actually I am 178 cm and I could wear these even if I were 10cm taller. But it was not so comfortable, not elastic enough. The fishnet look is thicker than the one's on the market. But so far not harmed by the use.”

“Was a bit disappointed in these - ordered the size recommended but still found these tights almost too snug around upper thighs and crotch area - not comfortable to wear for very long. The quality of the overall tights were good, but just not sized properly.”
