“My tights didn’t arrive at all. They were ordered on March 12 and I now no longer need them. If they arrive at all I shell return them. I was to wear them on stage so I’m extremely disappointed.”

“I would give negative 10 if that were an option. Major design fault as they fall down. Mine first came down in an after school detention I was running. Not my finest moment. Would love a refund.”

Ali, I can't apologise enough. This is obviously not acceptable and I hope you were able to salvage the situation. The Pretty Legs 80 Denier Luxury Coloured Opaque Tights have 10% elastane so this should make them quite stretchy and adhere to the form of the body if the correct size has been bought. As you have bought a few pairs, not just this one, please would you kindly reply to customerservice@uktights.com to let me know your hip measurement, height and dress size? We can then make sure you have the right size for you. If not, we can swap them over, or if they were the right size, look to offer you an alternative, a credit or a refund - whichever you prefer. “Brilliant pair of tights, excellent value for money. Exactly what I hoped for and the fit is excellent. I normally struggle with tights, I am 5'11 and size 14/16 with long legs - I got a size Large and they are perfect. Colour and feel free too. I will be ordering other colours soon.”
