“After ordering a item that after 20 days still had not arrived was advised by Kerry, that Le Bourget Caprice was a good alternative I agreed. When I opened the package just looking at the item I new that they would not fit,I haven't even tried them on. Sizing EXTREMELY small. now left with this product, I cant return, because even not worn, packet was opened. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Wasted money.”

Dear Mrs Holden, I'm very sorry indeed to hear that you were so disappointed with your order. Please bear in mind that when you order out of stock products on our website, the product page indicates an estimated wait of 10-20 days. Many of our brands have varying sizes, so I recommended an alternative based both on style and on the size measurements which you gave me. However, from your description, it sounds as though you may well have received a wrongly packed product. All of our products are packaged at the respective manufacturers' factories, prior to our receiving them. An error in packing is quite unusual but can happen. As this item was a recommendation on my part, and as you had already waited some time for your order, please don't worry about returning the item on this occasion. “Purchased these at the same time as the 100 denier suspender tights and they are even more comfortable, however there was a couple of flaws in the tights and a small hole in the lace at the top of the leg.”
