Dear Ms Parkinson, I am afraid we do not have a record of you contacting us or attempting to return your faultily sized items and my staff does not recall speaking with you over the phone. Please would you kindly reply to customerservice@uktights.com to let me know your hip measurement and dress size, as well as your height?
