Thank goodness that weve got Kunert. They have now developed the ultra sheer, 20 denier weave which allows the Chinchillan 20 Tights to have a hole in them without the terrible ladder! What every woman dreams of having. A pair of tights that dont run. Kunert have developed a new, innovative microfibre fabric to create a soft and comfortable product that is super hard wearing. “German quality shows with the fabric here! satin smooth knit, not so perfect in its 'even' finish but the comfort and more importantly, a waistband that STAYS PUT makes a very welcome addition to the wardrobe”

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Kunert Chinchillan 20 Tights as this brand is normally very high quality. All sheer tights do need to be cared for as they are delicate. Please note that this product does not claim to prevent holes, however, in the Chinchillan 20, Kunert have developed a new, innovative microfibre fabric to create a soft and comfortable product that is super hard wearing. These tights have an ultra sheer, 20 denier weave which means they can hole, without laddering. Having said that, one wear is a disappointment for a 20 denier, so please would you kindly return them to us and we would be glad to replace them for you? Thank you.

“One of my favourites. Very comfortable, easy to use, hard to ruin tights. Look great put on, they have a subtle sheen. Since they redesigned them and the hip is lower I love them even more.”

“Having bought Kunert tights several times before in this size I had every confidence these would be similarly sized, especially since these had a high lycra content, but no such luck. They were far too small and so I had to do a last minute shop locally for a pair to wear with a wedding outfit. Super next day service on delivery though.”

Dear Laura, my apologies for any disappointment. To explain, we have a colour swatch representing a certain dye, which is used on each product page for which that certain colour is available. Obviously, the higher the product's denier, the higher the opacity and so the darker the same colour/dye will appear. Therefore, even though the same dye has been used and the tone is the same, if the same person were to try on one 20 denier, Cashmere hold up on one leg and a 40 denier, Cashmere hold up on the other leg, the 40 denier would appear much darker. However, on our website, the colour swatches would be the same, as this is what Kunert has provided and the products are indeed dyed with the exact same dye. I hope this makes sense. I realise this is little consolation if you do not have the correct item, though we do of course say that items can be ordered and the colour viewed in person through the 'window' in the product packaging. It is worth bearing in mind also that colours can be affected by settings on computer monitors. You are most welcome to return your unopened tights for an exchange or full refund by using the freepost returns label supplied in your parcel. Thank you, Keri, Customer Service, UK Tights.
