Dear Customer, I'm sorry to hear that your Elbeo Caresse Firm Support Tights weren't the right fit. It is worth noting that support tights can feel much tighter when worn than non-support tights of equivalent size. This should be accounted for and can mean that firm and extra firm support hosiery, in particular, can be difficult to put on. However, if the correct size is bought and the item is not faulty, it should still fit snuggly and correctly once on. Bearing this in mind, we would need to check that the size that you have purchased is the right one for you in this brand. “I have been wearing Elbeo XL support tights for approx 15 years . This last batch appears to be short in the leg, no extra room at all. They are ok (just about) when you first put them on, terrible if you have to take them down for the toilet, because really you need to start again from the foot at pulling them up! The darker mess at the top of the thigh actually can at times pinch your skin through the mesh effect. I found them really quite uncomfortable.”

“Tights delivered with usual efficiency and quality of product as expected. Was not keen on new web page though. Took longer to place order. Got a bit frustrated with it all! Will still use UK Tights as I trust them and they always come up trumps. Thanks”
