“My tights ripped as soon as I took them out of the packet and put them on. I did so very carefully as I do with all tights but my husband realised they had a ladder 5 mins later.”

“Said to be 10denier, but in comparison with other 10 denier tights I have bought, they are more like 15 or 20 denier. Also said to be XL, but are short in the leg and very tight round the waist.”

For the information of other customers - so they are not misled - please note that technically speaking, these tights are not in the realm of a 15-20 denier tight. They have been made to be durable but are definitely 10 denier. As the number suggests, 20 denier tights give much more coverage to the leg. Whilst one 10 denier tight may indeed vary slightly in thickness to another 10 denier tight, simply because 'denier' refers to the 'weight' of the fabric, they will all fair similarly overall. It may be worth considering too, that other customer reviews have commented on how nice and sheer the Aristoc Ultra Shine X Large Tights are.
