“I took delivery of 33m of skirting (11 lengths) and most was of very good quality but 4 of the 11 had splits in the wood and some machining defects. I contacted UK Oak Doors immediately and they arranged for replacement lengths without any fuss. I received the replacements within 2 days. These things happen but the fact that they were rectified without difficulty means that I will purchase more skirting from UK Oak Doors for my next project.”
