“Fantastic doors. Really solid, beautifully finished. We had two with glazing for downstairs a couple of years ago, and 4 without glazing for bedrooms and bathroom. “Doors are beautiful very happy with them and the quality.
Really frustrated by the whole order process though. When we first bought after purchase was confirmed and paid for we got a notification that they don't ship to NI and that we had to collect we asked for the order to be sent to an address in the UK and we're told the order needed to be cancelled and replaced.
By the time the refund was processed and we could replace the order and have delivery confirmed we missed our window for the courier to collect the item at the address which delayed alot of our remodelling works as we had people waiting on site to fit the doors.
We then opted for another courier as the initisl delay caused us to miss the first one and asked for the shipment to be dispatched to another address in the UK and again we're told we need to cancel and place the order again.
It seems completely illogical to me that a delivery address can't just be changed and all in all the process was very frustrating and ended up costing us time and money and delayed us getting in to the house without so much as an acknowledgement never mind an apology.
The doors are great. But I would never buy from this company again”
