“The door looked amazing. But it arrived with a large mark/dent. When I asked if it could be replaced they said no because I didn’t open it right away at delivery and report it. Buyer beware.”

As outlined in our delivery policy, customers are entitled to inspect goods before signing for them, and any damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork or reported within 24 hours. This is because once the delivery note is signed as “received in good condition,” and the carrier’s reporting window has passed, we’re unfortunately unable to raise a successful claim with the courier.
We do appreciate that not everyone is able to unwrap and fully inspect a door immediately, and we understand your frustration.
