“I bought 4 solid oak doors and furniture in total. They look amazing and have transformed the cottage. I was extremely disappointed though that I had over ordered latch handles which were still in their packets and because it was over 2 weeks they would not allow a return and refund. It took me a lot longer than 2 weeks to get the doors fitted (including new frames) so considering the cost this was a very poor show.”
“Good quality doors just as described. We placed 2 orders, one was quick but the other took more time. We had to chase and were given a delivery date which didn't materialise. They did arrive within that week however and were the same good quality. Overall very pleased and would use again.”
