“Absolute disgrace! Do not buy from these people. I have bought 20 plus doors from them for my last two houses and this time they delivered one which has a hole in the veneer from poor manufacture and they will not replace it. They said terms and conditions mean they don’t have to as I’d had the door a while before installation but as anyone will appreciate it’s not possible to open and check all doors at delivery. They will be receiving a small claims court notice”

Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review, I am sorry that you're not entirely happy with your experience.
As previously discussed, as the damage wasn't reported to us until over 4 weeks after delivery took place, our hands are tied on being able to replace the door as we're unable to ascertain when the damage occurred.
We ask everyone to check over their goods within 48 hours so that if any damage is found, we can replace it for you promptly and while we absolutely do not suggest any intentional damage on your part, we simply cannot verify or accept liability for damage reported after such a long period.
