NB I dislike having to kill snails and slugs, especially as they are a life in their own right and a valuable food source for Hedgehogs and other animals.
Having tried controls such as wool, copper tape, crushed egg shells and a torch after sunset, and much as I hate to, I have decided to use this control in the garden. We have never had visiting Hedgehogs at this house.”
