The only way I knew when the goods were arriving was to contact Gardening Naturally who contacted the supplier. Even then I waited in all day but the goods did not arrive. The goods finally arrived the following day.

My parcel reached their local depot on Monday evening.....out for delivery on Tuesday ( time slot given) and returned to depot. No delivery attempt on Wednesday. Thursday out for delivery, time slot given....returened to depot. Finally delivered on Friday. On both the failed delivery days, the van drove past the end of my road but did not stop! Two Wests please take note!”
