“The product arrived intact, however I did not receive any shipping or tracking details from the supplier or the delivery company - very poor!
The only way I knew when the goods were arriving was to contact Gardening Naturally who contacted the supplier. Even then I waited in all day but the goods did not arrive. The goods finally arrived the following day.
The customer relations staff at Gardening Naturally were very helpful in tracking the order and keeping me informed.
The delivery company not so helpful.

“The company was great....good product, good price, very prompt service. But the couriers (DX) were appalling! My parcel reached their local depot on Monday evening.....out for delivery on Tuesday ( time slot given) and returned to depot. No delivery attempt on Wednesday. Thursday out for delivery, time slot given....returened to depot. Finally delivered on Friday. On both the failed delivery days, the van drove past the end of my road but did not stop! Two Wests please take note!”

“This company has gone out of business and the order came from Gardening Naturally. The products supplied were not the Two West ones, and not as shown in the TW pictures on the website. This needs sorting out quickly if you don't want people sending things back. I won't because the items supplied are OK although not as good, and I wanted them for a gift.”
