“Bought this cup to use with cold infuse, how ever when you shake it, it leaks out of the top and drink hole, this cup is definitely no good for taking out anywhere and its certainly not spill proof, I don't understand why it comes with a lid that's not fit for purpose?”

Please bear in mind that KeepCups are designed to act as a reusable version of a takeaway cup. They're perfect for enjoying your favourite cuppa on the go, but as the cup uses a press-fit lid, it's not fully sealed and may leak if not kept upright.
Given the above, we can confirm that the KeepCup you purchased would not be suitable for using with our Cold In'fuse tea bags.
