“Very disappointed with this spoon. It received excellent reviews, so I expected much better quality from Twinings. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I found a scratch on the back of the handle. The finish on the top of the spoon is also very poor — it is rough and uneven, with a cheap, unfinished feel. This is not the quality I expected and I would certainly not recommend it.”

“I purchased a loose tea spoon for my wife's tea caddy. Happy with the spoon but not so happy that it arrived rattling about in a shoebox size box with no padding. The spoon itself has no packaging and could easily have been posted to me in the smallest padded envelope. I would have liked a small Twining presentation box as the spoons a gift but overall I'm happy enough.”
