“We were pleased with the lovely reusable jar but disappointed with the selection of teas unfortunately. We had expected a wider selection than the 10 varieties included (based on the 30+ potential flavours listed on the website/product photo). The item offered good value for money and the usual Twinings' high quality but, as a gift, it didn't offer the recipient the selection of new teas to try that we'd envisaged.”

The variety included in our selection packs is based on the blends we have available in stock at the time, which can vary. This means that while a wide range of flavours is shown on the website to illustrate possibilities, not every flavour will always be included in every pack.
We completely understand how this may have felt disappointing, particularly when you were hoping to give the recipient a broader selection of new teas to try.
