“I have been buying Lady Grey and Earl Grey tea bags for years and I've noticed that purchase by purchase their taste's have been getting worse and worse. Unfortunately it's not only my opinion but all my family and friends who I share that tea with.
I don't understand why the tea doesn't taste anymore same as it used to. Why have you decreased its quality that much????
It was a lovely tea with an amazing refreshing fruity flavor.
Now, it's definitely not worth buying.
