“It tastes different as if a new ingredient has been introduced, lending it a very different flavour. We've been drinking loose early grey tea for several years and having just started drinking from the batch of 30 pack delivery are hugely disappointed to find the flavour has been altered from it's original to such a degree that it is unrecognisable as Earl Grey. As it is now undrinkable to us have no option but to contact your customer services to return the batch.”
