“The Service is fine. But Twinings does not provide clear information on the product. We were trying to find tea products wrapped individually in foil. Thinking 'foil wrapped' was what we needed, we ordered in total 600 bags of tea. They came in large bags of tea bags contained within a foil bag. We've finally figured out that in order to get what we want, we needed to look for 'Envelopes'. We won't be ordering any more tea for a while but when we do, we'll now know what to look for!”
