“Excellent tea which I enjoy and buy regularly - I am puzzled why the last two boxes I bought had been printed / assembled back to front so the lid lifts up from the back and the colourful front is left facing the back wall of the shelf in which the box sits. Very wierd!”
“Less bags , smaller bags , less taste , going the same way as everything else in this world. I have bought this tea for 40 years and will do so no longer, what a sad time we live in , I hope your shareholders are happy”
Thanks for taking the time to send us your review; we're really sorry to hear you're disappointed. We will make sure that your feedback about our pack sizes is passed on to our Product Development team, but we would be keen to investigate any issues you've experienced with the weight of our teabags, or the taste of our tea, as we have not made any recent changes to the product itself. If you could please email our team at: twinings.direct@twinings.com they can look into this further for you?
Delighted to hear our English Breakfast makes a wonderful cuppa and that you’ve converted many family members. Thanks for sharing your feedback!
Kind regards,
Team Twinings
“I have bought this tea for nearly 30 years and recently have become more and more dissatisfied with the taste. The tea no longer has the full body aromatic taste that once it had and every time I do not enjoy my usual cuppa. I am sad to say that I have been trying to find a brand to meet my expectation of a delicious cuppa. Please produce your English Breakfast tea as you originally had as it was well worth buying and knew that every cup would meet my expectations.”
Thank you for sharing your review. We’re glad to hear that English Breakfast is enjoyed by your guests for breakfast in Greece.
Kind regards,
Team Twinings
