“This is my favourite tea. I do not like using tea bags but it is becoming harder and harder to find loose tea in supermarkets. The solution is to order direct from Twinnings who offer a great service. Very happy my only gripe is that the packets have shrunk over the years. I keep my tea in a caddy that I have had for over 20 years. Originally I could only fit it 2 packets of tea without having half a packet left over. It now takes 3 packets easily.”
