“Overall a lovely cuppa. I can't quite work out when best to drink it as the grapefruit is zingy and good for getting going in the morning but the chamomile is relaxing and good for bedtime. THe longer you leave it to brew the more strongly the chamomile flavour becomes. I prefer mine on the grapefruit side so leave it only 2-3 minutes. It would be nice to have the grapefruit option alone sometimes”
