“I have recently discovered the Balance tea. I needed to find a new tea as I can no longer get the Cherry & Cinnamon tea. The tea itself is just lovely, it is nice cold but better hot, however, I have rated one star because of the unnecessary waste.
Sealing individual teabags in non recyclable envelopes is ridiculous. Especially as you don't do it with all of your teas so it clearly isn't a requirement. Please, please stop doing this.”
