“50's are extremely good value for money & quite as good as the new 20's which are ridiculous in price per packet & per bag in comparison. I wont purchase the 20's & can't see how such a price hike can be justified either by the retailer or Twinings.”
“The decision to re-brand this product in boxes of 20 in little sachets is hugely disappointing. Environmentally it is disastrous, the tea does not need extra packaging and I resent having to pay almost twice the price to cover it. If this tea now costs more to produce I would rather pay a premium for the 50 bags, than fiddle with silly little packets each time I make a cup of tea.”
