“Since I was ordering from O/S I was not familiar with your product & did expect the same style as we used to be able to get in Australia. Maybe a bit clearer on the website that these are not individually packed tea cup bags with tags??? Just a thought. for those ordering from O/S? But your tea is, as usual, exceptional & I am still very happy with my purchase!”
