“The drink itself is pleasant and comforting, though it doesn’t have a strong chocolate flavor. What disappointed me was the packaging. When I opened it, there was a noticeable amount of empty space near the top, and because the container is covered with a plastic sleeve, you can’t actually see how much product you’re getting. It felt misleading, and if the package isn’t filled properly, it just comes across as wasted packaging in my opinion.”
