“I have been buying Twinings Vanilla black tea for many years and always enjoy it immensely. I do wish the boxes were still wrapped in cellophane though, as it kept the teabags fresher and the vanilla fragrance lasted longer!.. just my opinion I guess :).”

“As someone who was only able to drink your original vanilla tea (due to allergies and sensitivities ) I am extensively and extremely annoyed and upset at the change in ingredients because i am no longer able to drink any form of tea or hot beverage. please review whether this significant change in flavour and formula is really necessary or if it similarly just to change things up/make better profits. it is very difficult for those with sensitivities and allergies when companies decide to change recipes. please bring back the original. please take away the caramel and additional additives.”
