“I have recently discovered the Raspberry & pomegranate tea. I needed to find a new tea as I can no longer get the Cherry & Cinnamon tea. The tea itself is just lovely, either hot or cold, however, I have rated one star because of the unnecessary waste.
Sealing individual teabags in non recyclable envelopes is ridiculous. Especially as you don't do it with all of your teas so it clearly isn't a requirement. Please, please stop doing this.”
“This tea was as good as I had hoped. It's an herbal tea meaning it doesn't contain actual tea leaves, which I personally enjoy since most tea for me has a bitter aftertaste because I always steep it for too long, but this tea doesn't have that problem so I'm very happy with my purchase. Also this specific tea isn't available in my country by itself, I can only get it here if I buy a mixed pack that has 3 other kinds of tea so I was thrilled to find it by itself. :)”
“Lovely tea but why do the teabags now come wrapped in plastic and then each Individual teabag comes in its own bag?!? What? They never used to come like that. Why in an age where we know plastic never disappears, ever, do you then make each box have 20 times the waste? I don’t get it. There was nothing wrong with the teabags all together in one box. Why you gone backwards?”
