A very practical sand timer in included, stored under a leather flap. There is an extra compartment that can easily fit a strainer and spoon. Absolutely delightful.
My only suggestion would be adding a handle on each side for easy handling, it can be very heavy when all jars are full. Other than that, it’s marvellous

“This is the only loose-leaf tea case I have ever seen, a dream come true!. The case is beautifully crafted in brown leather with a velvetish purple lining. There are 12 empty jars that fit to perfection, secured with a leater 'belt'. Each jar can store up to 35gr of loose tea, which is perfect. The sand timer is really pretty and useful, it has its own compartment within the case, under a leather flap. There is also a small compartment to store a spoon and a strainer.
