However, when I ordered, I expected them to be tea bags with the string, and they're all wrapped up in foil and there is no string. I'm using them, but they're not very handy for when I travel (I do a lot of house/pet sitting, so I need to have something that is convenient for me. That's not your fault.
Today I tried ordering 4 boxes of green tea with lemon in the form I'm used to from your North American company. I've ordered from them many times before and they have always shipped to my PO box. Today I got a message that they will not ship to this address, and I'm outraged (and I sent a message to them to that effect!). I live in a rural area and if I had a mailbox, it would have to be at the end of the driveway, which is A HALF MILE FROM MY HOUSE, which is not very secure. I've lowered the stars from 5 to 4 for this reason (since the North American division is part of your company). Please tell the North American division to wise up and resume shipping to PO boxes like they did before or they're not going to get any more business from me!”
