“I feel extremely disappointed. When I received this good, it just left 1 month from 'Best before date', but Twinings haven't shown this information on the product web page.”

We're really sorry to hear you're disappointed with some of the products you received. As outlined in our FAQs, our products will have a shelf-life of anywhere between 1 to 24 months.

“Horrible. Products came with expiring date and I would like to return. However I need to pay the return fee. I am located in UK and return address is in Europe hence need to pay the tax plus shipping fee. Unfair and unreasonable. The company should put those expiring dates within 3 months on website. No one could drink 7 cans in 3 months.”
