“For a number of years you supplied us with 'The Earl' in the blue sachets that were extremely good. This is the second or third delivery of the replacement tea in the pink and yellow sachets. Unfortunately having purchased thirty boxes on this occasion we have to advise you that they are completely tasteless. We may as well be drinking hot water. what a shame”
Thanks for reviewing your recent purchase of The Earl.
Whilst we have changed the packaging of this product, we can assure you that the recipe is exactly the same as before.

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!
“I bought a bulk supply of The Earl teabags - 7 boxes thinking I was buying my adored tea that I used to buy. However, not only has the packaging changed from blue to pink, the taste has changed to some vile overly black tea flavour with none of the zesty bergamot and citrus able to come through the extra strong black tea. Just so sad and now I am landed with 7 boxes of the foul stuff and no tea to drink anymore as the Earl was the only tea I liked. Very disappointed and annoyed.”

“It is different than the last one I had. Did not realize when ordering that I had blue box home. But I dont mind my mistake. It is great tea. Appreciate that single envelopes are made from paper.”
