“I will never order from this company again. The order was delivered and left at the back of my drive. No one bothered to ring my bell or I or the dog would have heard it. When I found the box 24 hours later it was soaked and useless. I emailed Twinnings twice and both times my email was blocked. I tried the site contact form and that was not available. Total shambles”

Once they’ve come up with a new blend, we take it to a consumer taste panel & use this feedback to make any last-minute tweaks before the new product makes its way into supermarkets.
