“My favourite tea ever! I was so sad when it was discontinued in 2023, but now it's back I'm the happiest person. Fun fact: when I couldn't locate it anymore I went to the store in The Strand where they told me it was discontinued. The nice lady at the store told me I could write to Twinings to see if they were planning to release more, I wrote and received a very nice and polite reply from Carly in Consumer Services who said they'll pass on the feedback to the Product Development Team. I guess that other consumers wrote for it to come back so I'm very glad I reached out, but also for the great customer service received at both the store and online. For reasons like these are that businesses stand out and build loyalty among happy customers.”
“I don't normally do sweet teas, so to speak, but I tried this one after an alternative brand completely stopped making the one I drank and I have to say, I really like it - but wish it wasn't so hard to get hold. You can sometimes get it, twice the price, on a particular website out there - but I'm not advertising for them !”
